Adoption Announcement – 5/11/2019
Hi there, Clea here. I am sooo happy to say I have found my fur-ever home. My mom is great and plays with me whenever I ask, which is a lot. She knows my favorite color (yellow) and my favorite toy (feathers) and my favorite spot by the window watching the birds. I love my new home and my mom. I run and greet her at the door when she gets home. She rewards me with lots of love and head scratches. I’m very comfortable being the only cat and I don’t have to share my mom or my favorite spots. I can sit on the back of the sofa and watch the birds out the window or on the top level of my cat tree where I have a view of the living room and kitchen. If mom’s not home I can catch a cat nap in the spare bedroom with a bed all to myself. If mom’s home, of course I sleep with her.
I’m so thankful to all the volunteers at Safe Place for Pets for taking care of me and for finding me the purr-fect new home.
Adoption Bio – 4/20/2019
Hello, my name is Clea. I’m a 6 year old, spayed, female white and gray tabby. When my dad adopted me from the Humane Society my name was Cleo but he didn’t like it. So now I’m named after jazz singer Clea Bradford, a favorite of my dads. My dad adopted me to be a friend when my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. We really supported each other during that time. Now my dad is gone. My human sister tried to keep me but her other 2 male cats were bullying me. I was living in my dads empty house for a couple weeks until Safe Place came. So I am eager to find a new home and get back to my routine.
I’m very friendly and easy-going. I have all my vet records to prove that my dad took very good care of me. I am declawed so I am indoors only. I’d love to meet you and win you over with my charm. Contact Safe Place for Pets at 719-359-0201 or fill out the form below and stop by for a visit.
