Adoption Announcement – 11/7/2015
Trouble, renamed Cricket, has finally found her forever home!
Trouble, a 14-year-old wisp of a kitty at only 5 lbs, has a new name, “Cricket.” She got her new name when her foster mom noticed that she did not respond to “Trouble” but did when called “Cricket” because of her little chirping noises. And, most importantly, Cricket now has a new forever home! She was enjoying her time in her foster home with several other cats until her new mom met her and decided she was the one! Cricket’s new family includes her mom and a 4-year-old cat sister named Sylvia. Cricket and Sylvia play with each other and spend their nights sleeping with their mom on her bed and taking turns using Mom’s shoulder as a pillow. Cricket has not wanted to have her picture taken, and baby sister Sylvia has followed big sis’s example of being camera-shy. These pictures, taken for Cricket’s website profile by Shutters for Shelters, illustrate what a pretty tortie cat she is!
Adoption Bio – 12/30/2014
If you’re looking for a little Trouble in your life, here I am! I am actually no trouble at all, as I am a spunky 14 yr. old tiny female Tortie with claws. I am a playful, easy going, affectionate, friendly, talkative girl who likes to be brushed. Dogs and kids are ok, if they give me a little space. I found and adopted my last humans. They’ve left this world, but I’m a cat of 9 lives and I have a lot of life left …so I am looking for my next human companions. I’d love a great lap to curl up in too!
