Hello there! My name is Teddybear, and that pretty much says it all. I’m a male neutered gray tabby Domestic Longhair with claws and have always lived indoors. The vet who examined me before I came to Safe Place for Pets estimated that I am about 9 years old, and said that I am in good health. Unfortunately he noticed that I have a LOT of tartar on my teeth, so I get to take a trip to the dentist. You humans really ought to brush cats’ teeth! As I said, I my name fits me to a T. I am a real lover. I had to spend my first night with a foster because I hadn’t been tested for FIV or Feline Leukemia, and I settled right in next to her to watch TV. No transition problems for me! One thing that I ought to mention is that I’ve been an only pet, so I’m not sure how I’d get along with dogs. I’m a bit leery about the other cats at the Safe Place Welcome Center, so I’m not sure yet how I’d get along with a feline brother or sister. I have no idea how I’d get along with children, we’d have to find out. If you’d like to meet me, just give the folks at Safe Place for Pets a call at 719-369-0201 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment. Come on down and get yourself a cuddly Teddybear!
